All Saints Dinner & Lecture Series
We are pleased to announce two upcoming lectures that are
sure to inspire and enlighten Christians of all ages.
On Sunday, March 14, 2004 - Fr. Peter Gillquest will be speaking on "Coming
home and converting to Orthodoxy". Fr. Gillquest, a protestant minister who converted to
Orthodoxy, will talk about his experience and motivations.
On Sunday, March 28, 2004 - Fr. Daniel Byantoro will talk about
Orthodox - Islam relations.
These dinner lectures will be held in the All Saints Greek Orthodox Cultural Centre
starting at 5:30pm on their respective dates. Tickets for the dinner and the lecture are $30
for one evening or $50 for both. Students may
attend one evening for $20 or both for just $35. Please be advised that tickets
for each of these events must be ordered from the Church office at least one
week prior to the event date. Tickets will not be available at the door!

Announcing the 39th Anniversary Parish Dance
Please join us on Saturday, February 21, 2004 for our Parish's 39th
Anniversary Dance. It promises to be a wonderful evening with
entertainment, dancing and, of course, delicious food.
The evening will feature comedian Angelo Tsarouchas and entertainer
Stephen Kabakos. Tickets for this unforgetable evening may be ordered

Sunday, Nov 9, 2003 Announcements - The following is a summary
of the announcements made at the end of Sunday Service:

Bible classes have started and take place on Tuesday nights at 7:30pm.
The classes are conducted in English.

Announcing our 2nd Annual Harvest Festival
On Friday, October 31, 2003 starting at 5:00pm in the Lower Hall of our Centre.
Children of all ages are welcome. Please come in costume (nothing representing evil). Parents
are encouraged to accompany their children.
We will have food (dinner), harvest cake, cookies, candy, chips, popcorn, goodies, games, crafts,
contests and all kinds of fun!
Please be sure to register early with either Athena Aird or Tina Athanasakos as our space is limited.

Sunday, Sep 21, 2003 Announcements - The following is a summary
of the announcements made at the end of Sunday Service:

Those interested in registering for Sunday School, Bible Class, Greek School, Greek Folk Dancing
and Scouts may still do so after church or by contacting the church office.

Today is the first day of Sunday School and we ask parents to strive to
have their children here by 10:30am each Sunday. Thank you.

The second Annual Fundraising Walk-A-Thon for Metamorphosis
Greek Orthodox School will take place on Sunday, September 28, 2003.

Our Youth's Second Annual Trip to Chudleigh's Apple Farm
will take place on Saturday, September 27. For those interested in attending, please contact
the church office.

The relic of the Holy Cross will be here in Toronto at St. Nicholas Church this week
until Friday, September 26. St. Nicholas will be celebrating the Divine Liturgy
each day of this
week. Fr. John will be joining them to participate in the Divine Liturgy on Thursday.
